Requirements

Confirm what you need before connecting your Elavon account (formerly Elavon and Sage Pay) to the Brippo Portal.

• ✓You have full access to your Brippo Portal account — connecting Elavon happens from Settings → Integrations.
• ✓You can sign in to MyOpayo as an administrator, so you can create a reporting user for Brippo (see Setup).
• ✓You know your vendor name. It is shown in MyOpayo and in every email Elavon sends you.
• ✓You can add an address to MyOpayo → Settings → Valid IPs. Elavon only accepts captures, cancels and voids from listed addresses; the Elavon card in Brippo shows the address to add once you connect.

What Brippo can do with Elavon

• ✓Browse every transaction on your vendor account — payments, deferred payments, refunds and repeats — with the card, security-check and customer details Elavon holds, one month at a time.
• ✓Capture or cancel deferred payments — release the full or a smaller amount, or abort so the customer is never charged.
• ✓Authorise or cancel authenticated transactions — authorise up to 115% of the authenticated amount, in one or several goes.
• ✓Refund a settled payment, fully or partially, as many times as needed up to the original amount.
• ✓Void a payment that has not settled yet, so the customer is never charged.
• ✓Repeat a payment against the card of a successful transaction, on vendor accounts with Continuous Authority.
