Confirm the minimum environment before connecting PayPal to your store.

or newer
PayPal integration requires at least Magento Brippo Frontend version 100.1.53. Older installs need to be upgraded before the PayPal connector becomes available in the Brippo Portal.
- ✓You have admin access to your Brippo Portal — connecting PayPal happens from the Integrations tab.
- ✓You have a PayPal Business account with access to developer.paypal.com.
- ✓You can create a Platform App in PayPal's developer dashboard (required to obtain the Client ID and Secret).

Not sure which version you're on? In Magento admin, go to Stores → Configuration → Brippo; the installed module version is shown at the top of the configuration panel.
