Brippo Agent

Your payments, watched around the clock. The Brippo Agent checks every order against its payment and alerts you the moment something is off — so you catch problems before your customers do.

What it catches

1. 1

   Duplicate Orders

   The same order charged twice — usually a double click or a checkout glitch. You get an alert so you can refund or cancel the extra one.

2. 2

   Amount Mismatch

   The captured amount differs from the order total in your store. The agent flags it so you can reconcile before it becomes an accounting headache.

3. 3

   Paid but Canceled

   A payment succeeded but the order ended up canceled. Reinstate the order or refund — either way, no money left in limbo.

4. 4

   Unpaid but Active

   A payment failed but the order is still live. The agent warns you before it ships unpaid.

Alerts

Each alert lands in your inbox with what happened and a Check payment status button straight to the payment in your Brippo Dashboard. Choose who receives them — owner, all collaborators, or any addresses you like — under Settings → Notifications.
